Gluten Free Flour

This is the best mixture I have found so far. Substitute this mixture in for the flour in any of your favorite gluten-containing recipes!

Gluten-Free Flour

5 cups white rice flour

1 2/3 cups brown rice flour

1 1/2 cups potato starch (NOT potato flour!)

3/4 cups tapioca starch (also called tapioca flour)

3 T milk powder

Mix together until everything is combined. Be careful when mixing because mixing too fast will cause a flour cloud! Store in a dry, cool place.
